Build a Community. Get Support.
Support groups bring together people who are going through or who have gone through similar experiences. They provide a safe space to learn about particular topics and share personal stories allowing group members to offer and receive support, encouragement, and comfort. Joining with others who are walking similar paths can help you feel less alone on your journey.
The Wings Center offers therapist-led support groups on different topics, and we invite you to learn more about our current opportunities.
