Staff Counselor

Molly Hughes is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over ten years’ experience. She is deeply passionate about establishing relationships that help others make courageous changes, face the fears that keep them from thriving, and watching them discover who they were made to be. Molly is especially skilled at—and greatly enjoys—working with pre-teens, adolescents, women of all ages, married couples, and families.

Molly earned a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities at Bluefield State College in Bluefield, West Virginia, and she holds a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. She is licensed in the state of Georgia. Molly worked at a small nonprofit counseling center in Loganville, Georgia.  Prior to joining the counseling staff at The Wings Center, she spent the past 5 years serving as the Admissions Counselor at Eagle Ranch where she worked with hundreds of families in crisis, sharing hope that life could get better.

Molly conceptualizes the obstacles her clients face through the lens of family systems.  She draws from cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and a person-centered approach to journey with her clients toward their goals for healing.
